The scope, format and structure of the work will be agreed directly with each client in advance of engagement.

2. Nature of the work

The services provided are advisory in nature.
All decisions, actions and outcomes remain the responsibility of the client.
We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from the engagement.

3. Not therapy or medical advice

Outlined Hours provides professional advisory and coaching services only.
These services are not therapy, counselling, or medical advice, and should not be treated as such.
If you require support in those areas, you should seek a qualified professional.

4. Confidentiality

All client discussions are treated as confidential.
We will not disclose information shared during engagements without permission, except where required by law.

5. Fees and payment

Fees, payment terms and session structures will be agreed in advance of any engagement.
Payment is expected in accordance with the agreed terms.

6. Scheduling and cancellations

Sessions will be scheduled by mutual agreement.
Where possible, clients are asked to provide reasonable notice for any rescheduling or cancellation.
Outlined Hours reserves the right to reschedule sessions where necessary.

7. Intellectual property

Any materials, frameworks or approaches shared as part of the engagement remain the intellectual property of Outlined Hours, unless otherwise agreed.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Outlined Hours shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of its services.
Total liability in connection with any engagement shall be limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

9. Changes to services

We reserve the right to modify or update our services and these terms where necessary.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
