Hi, I’m Ola
...and through my work I've found, time and time again, that the biggest challenge creative leaders and talent face is rarely about making the perfect decision for themselves or their teams. It's about having the confidence to make one at all when the stakes are so high. When their skills allow every option to feel equally compelling, decision paralysis can set in, and the momentum waiting on the other side of that decision gets stuck. What unlocks their flow is almost always the same thing: the moment they finally give themselves space to untangle the messy thoughts and uncertainties they have been carrying privately. To share their hesitations out loud, with someone they trust, before the expectations of the room rush in. In my experience, that moment is often all it takes. I've made it my mission to create that space, for the creative leaders, founders and talent who crave those moments most.
About Me
-
I honed my craft as a strategy consultant, spending almost a decade advising senior executives across media, entertainment and consumer sectors, including several defining years at Monitor Deloitte. I advised on long-term direction, strategic positioning, and the kinds of decisions that quietly determined the future of everything my clients had built. As an advisor I repeatedly saw how complex decisions were actually made inside leadership teams. The toughest choices (the ones that rarely made it into the press release) were shaped by conflicting instincts, imperfect information, and the pressure of knowing that other people were depending on you to make the right call.
Later, I spent five years as Chief Operating Officer of a Talent & Influencer Marketing agency, advising and steering the founder-CEO through a period of rapid growth and increasing public prominence. It demanded the kind of problem-solving I thrive on: marrying creative ambition to commercial reality, and guiding decisions that have to be made by real people, under real pressure, rarely with a map for what comes next.

The creative and entertainment industries have been an obsession of mine throughout my career. I have spent years studying how they function, how taste and commercial success negotiate with each other, how cultural moments are made and how they unravel. Over time, through building meaningful relationships with talent, executives and creative thinkers who navigate these pressures every day, I've built a deep sense of what it actually takes to lead, create and make consequential choices from a highly visible position.

Outlined Hours grew from the core belief that the most ambitious creative leaders, founders and talent deserve a place where their thinking can unfold properly. A genuine thinking partnership, built around you, structured enough to be formative and honest enough to offer a fresh take.
The name reflects how much I care about the hours that matter most, which are often the ones that go unrecorded. They are the hours spent mentally weighing up options before an announcement, or processing the aftershock of a significant move. I believe those hours deserve just as much care and attention as anything that happens in public.

Today I work privately with a small number of clients whose decisions shape creative work, teams and careers. Some are founders or executives leading ambitious organisations. Others are individual talent for whom visibility and responsibility have become inseparable.
For my clients, the decisions that felt stuck start to move and the strategies that existed only in their heads are shaped into a roadmap they can actually pursue with their collaborators. Their thinking becomes directional rather than circular, so their next move becomes obvious.
It is work I find deeply energising, and the most purposeful thing I have built.
If you have been looking for someone you can work through the hard calls with, I would love to hear what is on your mind.
